Platt College is the home of three campus-operated restaurants as well as Edible Adventures, a casual cooking class offered by our gifted chefs. When you visit one of our campus restaurants, you get to experience both casual and fine dining at a fraction of the cost while supporting the students in our Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts programs.
Each of our school owned restaurants are managed and supervised by our chef instructors, and staffed by our culinary students in their final phase of our Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts programs. Working in our restaurants provides our students with the chance to put their career training to the test and gain experience in a real-world setting.
Taste International and American Fare At Chefs Di Domani
Located on our Oklahoma City – North campus, Chefs Di Domani offers patrons an eclectic mix of American cuisine with dishes of a more international flavor. Students enrolled in our culinary arts program will learn how to make perfectly seared sea scallops, blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo, grilled Delmonico steaks, and much more that can be paired with a variety of pasta, appetizers, and seafood. You can always find something that suits your tastes.
Perfect For Lunch With Friends
Foundations Restaurant on our Tulsa campus showcases our up-and-coming culinary students as they use their career training to whip up a variety of American and internally influenced dishes. It’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch with friends or a romantic night on the town. Enjoy appetizers like our scallop and shrimp boat, main courses like glazed ribeye glazed or desserts like lemon chiffon cake. All of the dishes are prepared under the watchful eye of our chef instructors, giving our students a chance to show their skills while getting real-world experience.

Located at our Moore campus, the Union Restaurant & Bakery gives our students the chance to shine. The menu is filled with student-inspired cuisine, served by former and current Platt College culinary and pastry art students. Try Your Hand At A Cooking Class
If you want to improve your cooking skills or learn something new, you can by joining us for Edible Adventures, our recreational cooking classes hosted at our Oklahoma City – North, Moore, and Tulsa campus locations. Each class runs about two hours and is taught by our professional chefs. They are a great way to share the joy of cooking with your partner and your family without the commitment of a long-term course and could enable you to learn how to make summer fruit pies or cobblers, Southern comfort foods, plan your first holiday party, or just pick up some professional cooking tips.
