Our history is strong, and our future is bright.
You’ve always wanted to become a better cook – now you can. Learning to cook is fun at Platt College, especially when someone has hand-selected a delicious menu, done all the shopping and gathered everything you need to prepare an incredible meal! Join Platt College for Edible Adventures*, our recreational cooking classes in Oklahoma.
Hosted at our culinary schools in Oklahoma City North, Moore and Tulsa, these short classes are taught by Platt College’s professional chefs. They’re great for couples sharing a romantic and fun date or for families with limited time who don’t want to enroll in an entire course requiring a long commitment. These courses teach you a variety of basic cooking techniques that can have you preparing meals for your family and friends in no time.
Our cooking classes cover subjects such as summer fruit pies and cobblers, Southern comfort foods, planning a holiday party, and food as art, just to name a few.
Small classes allow you to get more one-on-one time with our chefs. Our friendly and supportive learning environment is the perfect place to get your questions answered and pick up a few professional tips. Whether you’re comfortable in the kitchen or don’t know the difference between braised and boiled, these Edible Adventure classes can help make you a more confident and accomplished cook.
Take a look at the upcoming classes on the events page and see which ones interest you most.
